بعد عمل الاوردر سيتم الاتصال بك فى خلال 24 ساعة لتأكيد و مراجعة الاوردر الخاص بك و عند تأكيد الاوردر يتم الشحن و يصلك فى خلال مده من 3 ايام حتي ٥ ايام عمل.

هل يوجد شحن للمحافظات ؟

يوجد شحن لكل محافظات مصر ماعدا بعض المناطق فى سيناء . ويتم الشحن فى العادة مع شركة بوسطة بلس للشحن https://business.bosta.com التسليم عند باب المنزل فى حالة وجودة فى المنطقة التي تغطيها شركة الشحن .

كم تكلفة الشحن للمحافظات ؟

اسعار الشحن متغيرة من شركة الى اخري وتكلفة الشحن فى موقعنا تحسب باسعار شركة بوسطة و تكلفة الطرد الواحد 60 جنيه لجميع انحاء الجمهورية بالاضافة الى 15 جنية مصاريف عوده عن كل 1000 جنية من قيمة الاوردرد .

لو مشتريات حضرتك قيمتها ١٠٠٠ ج تكلفة الشحن هتبقي 75 ج لاي مكان في مصر .
. ثانياً شركة ميديل ايست و يتم حساب تكلفة الشحن على حسب وزن الطرد و المحافظة فمثلا محفظات وجه بحري و الدلتا 105 لاول كيلو وزن و 15 جنيه لكل كيلو وزن اضافي و محفظات الصعيد 118 جنيه لاول كيلو وزن و 16 جنيه لكل كيلو وزن اضافي و للاستعلام بشكل مفصل عن تكلفة الشحن يرجي محاولة معرفة وزن اجمالي الشحنه التقريبي من مسؤول الشحن فى شركتنا و الاتصال بأرقام شركة الشحن للتاكد من التكلفة التقريبيه للشحن .

هل يوجد خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام ؟

بالفعل يوجد خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام , ولكن فى بعض حالات الاجهزة المجمعة يتم دفع عربون من قيمة التجميعة على فودافون كاش[ 01006624713-01002249779 رقم فودافون كاش ] او ايداع بنكي فى الحساب الرسمى لشركة النور تك

ماذا لو حدث خطأ فى مكونات الشحنة أو اي خلل بأي منتج ؟

اننا نعتمد سياسة المسؤليه الكامله عن الشحنة فى حال لاقدر الله حدوث تلف كسور او فقد للشحنة يتم استبدال المنتج فورا بدون اى تكلفة على العميل فقط عند استلامك للشحنة قم بتصوير فديو فتح صندوق الشحنة والقطع الداخليه .
